Window fixed!

It only took nine and a half WEEKS (almost twice as long as it took for the new windows to manufactured and deliverered)!! It didn't help that a month ago, they arrived to fix the window - but they brought the wrong window.

Let's just say that it's a very good thing that only the inner pane was broken (so we were still sealed against the weather), and now that it's fixed, I'll be happy to forget the whole thing!
